The Porter County Pilots Association and The EAA Chapter 104 of Valparaiso, IN are a group of people that provide a little token of appreciation to our men and women of uniform overseas in Irag and Afghanistan. While we all want our GI's to come home safely, our GI's need more than just that notion. We support our troops by sending them care packages twice a year, once at Christmas and once at Memorial Day.

This time, we will be gathering supplies and goods and we will meet at the airport in Valparaiso, IN at the Porter County Municipal Airport on November 15, 2009. We are looking for soldier’s names and addresses to send the packages to. We have received wish lists from GI's in the past, and we would like to collect as many items on the list as possible. We know how important it is to receive a package, and we are hoping to send out at least 400 boxes. If you can help us with a monetary donation to assist with postage, or with items from the GI Wish List, our GI’s will receive their packages by Christmas.

All product donations MUST be received by Thursday, November 12, 2009. We will be assembling these packages for our GI's at Hangar C9 at the airport.
